Cell Cloud takes flight over Shanghai by Jim Stevens

In our investigation of water and the preformative criteria of CATCH + STORE + FILTER + RELEASE the cell cloud was conceived. Allowing ourselves the latitude of [future]science we propose a large floating “cloud” that would assist in mitigating pollutants in the rainwater before ever hitting the ground. Ultra-lightweight new materials such as nanotextiles will allow such structures to take flight in the not so distant future.
